This Cut to Length Line  is used for coil with different specifications, throughuncoiling, leveling and cutting to length to flattened plate as needed lengthand width.

Rawmaterial is CR steel ,aluminum ,stainless steel ,pickle steel etc.

This line is composed of coil car, double support un-coiler, pre-leveler,finish-leveler, length gauge, cut to length machine, stacker, servo drivensystem, etc. as well as pendulum middle bridge, pressing and guiding device andsteering device.

1.Machine delivery time : 100% ensure to delivery as per the order .If during manufacturing process ,the customer requires delivery earlier than the order,we will negotiate with the customer and arrange specially to produce & assemble and try our best to satisfy unusual requirement.
2.We provide the following documents to the user when delivery the machines.
(1). Technical maintenance manual book;
(2).General electrical diagram and hydraulic diagram;
(3).Send some spare parts freely ,and also list the wearing part ,spare parts.
